But what makes our Soller Orange Bomb so special? Our ingredients and its unmistakable flavor.
The traditional version has been around for years, made with orange juice, a scoop of vanilla ice cream, and plenty of cream. During the off-season they use imported oranges from Morocco.
For us, creamy vanilla ice cream was too boring, and with even more cream on top, it was far too heavy and high in calories.
Our Soller Bomb is available from the beginning of February to mid-November because that's when we have the most delicious oranges in the Sóller Valley.
After opening El Petit in 2021 during the COVID-19 pandemic, and letting the owner and experienced chef Martin Winkler unleash his creativity, our Soller Orange Bomb was born.
