The traditional version has been available for years with orange juice, a scoop of vanilla ice cream, and lots of cream...

For us, creamy vanilla ice cream was too boring, and with more cream on top, it was far too heavy and high in calories.

After we opened El Petit in 2021 during the Corona pandemic and the owner and experienced chef Martin Winkler let his creativity run wild, our Soller Orange Bomb was born.
